At the party, we celebrate the superpower of aging and Mother's "Wisdom" Day from a place of love, laughter, sensitivity and healthy aging.
We honor the wisdom gained, realizing we can transform our own health awareness. This perspective creates opportunities and optimism as we move on up in age from our 20's 30s, 40s, 50s, 80s and older.
I’ll be sharing insights on how creativity supports on bodies and our minds across our lifespan.

PRESENTING AT NATIONAL DANCE EDUCATION CONFERENCE, MIAMI, FL
I am thrilled to be one of the recipients of the National Dance Education Organization Professional Development Scholarships which will allow me to attend the annual conference in Miami, FL, Oct 24-26, 2019.
I will be presenting two workshops, one with Dances for a Variable Population artistic director Naomi Goldberg Haas and dance educator Rebecca Hite and another with dance educators and fellow group dance improvisation advocates, Mary Ann Brehm, Karenne Koo and Shana Habel.
